NO, OUR GYM DOES NOT OFFER ANY MEMBERSHIPS AT THIS TIME. IT IS A PRIVATE FACILITY AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON A SCHEDULED BASIS WITH A TRAINER.
THE FACILITY IS A SMALL, PRIVATE GYM WHERE THE VOLUME OF CLIENTS IS EASILY CONTROLLED AND MANAGED. AFTER EVERY CLIENT, THE EQUIPMENT IS CLEANED AND SANITIZED THOROUGHLY. WE CONTINUE TO ABIDE BY HEALTH GUIDELINES ISSUED FROM THE CDC TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ALL WHO ENTER THE GYM.
FROM ATHLETICS AND ACCOLADES TO INJURIES AND SELF ESTEEM ISSUES, MY LIFE WAS ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL. WHILE TRYING DIFFERENT DIETS AND EXPERIMENTING WITH RANDOM EXERCISES AT HOME, I SOON REALIZED I NEEDED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY HEALTH BY LEARNING AS MUCH AS I COULD. I BECAME FASCINATED WITH THE BODY, NUTRITION AND WAYS TO BREAK THROUGH VARIOUS LIMITING BELIEFS. MY LIFE THEN STARTED TO LOOK UPWARD. FOLLOWING THIS NEW PASSION AND DETERMINED TO SHARE IT WITH OTHERS, I APPLIED AND WAS ACCEPTED INTO MEDICAL SCHOOL. WHILE PREPARING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BEFORE SCHOOL BEGAN, I REALIZED INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE CURE THEIR AILMENTS, I WANTED TO BE IN THE TRENCHES AND HELP PREVENT THEM ALL TOGETHER. THIS LED ME TO PERSONAL TRAINING.
BECAUSE OF MY UNIQUE PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, I FEEL I AM ABLE TO RELATE MORE TO EACH CLIENT AND UNDERSTAND THEM EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. IT HAS ALTERED MY TRAINING APPROACH DRAMATICALLY AND ALLOWED ME TO BE MORE INDIVIDUALIZED WITH CLIENTS.
